Why we're asking for your feedback

Outwood Academy City Fields wants to hear about your experience. We want to hear all views - both positive things and areas for improvement. Your honest feedback helps the school understand how to support all families better.

Your feedback will also be used to help understand how parents and carers feel across the country. This national research is undertaken by The Engagement Platform and is completely anonymous. It helps improve things for all families.

• More than one person can take part. Each parent or carer in your home can give their own feedback if they want to.
• No one at school sees your individual answers - only overall patterns from all families together
• This won't affect your child in any way - positive or negative
• You can be honest - there are no right or wrong answers

Your privacy is protected

The school will not know who you are. You stay completely anonymous. You don't need to give your name or contact details. Only combined results will be shared with the school – for example “50% of families feel welcome”. The school never sees individual responses or knows who said what.
